Everyone always wants to look like they just stepped out of the salon, whether you are blazing out the door to get to work or all dressed up for a hot date. Here are some quick styling and beauty tips that willl save you time and will keep you always looking your best. Trust me, they are worth a try.
- Add texture to your hair on your "dirty" days.
We are always told we shouldn't wash our hair every day. By washing our hair everyday, shampoo has a tendency to dry out our hair. Which in turn causes our scalp to over produce oils. By adding texture to your hair on your "dirty" day it will hide oils and help break the shampoo cycle. On the first day, or after shampooing wear a sleek straight do. On the second day wrap it up in some rollers or take a curl rod to it! And if you plan on giving your mane a break for a third day pull it back in cute stylish ponytail.
- A little cheek color can take you a long way.
No one expects you to wear a full face of stage makeup on a daily basis. If you are blazing out of the house to run a few errands, add a little bit of bronzer or blush to your cheek bones. It will just add enough color and give you a little life.
- Organize your blow dry!
For better results when blow drying your hair, part your hair into three sections. Take a horseshoe parting at the top, one in the middle and one at the bottom. Use clips to secure each section as you work your way from the bottom to the top. Breaking down your blow dry will help you achieve salon-worthy results.
